Book Design

This book is the designed form of my MFA thesis, which explored how attitudes essential to design practice, such as openness, risk-taking, collaboration, and a prioritization of audience(s), might help reshape museum management cultures to become more responsive to changes in visitorship and accessible to wider audiences.

Throughout the book, conceptual typographic treatments—including reversed and rotated words, spatial separations, inversions, and opposing colors and typeface styles—are used to evoke tension, fragmentation, and competing values, reflecting the internal dynamics within museum management that impede their adaptive responses to change.
